At Appleby Photography, we specialize in capturing your wedding with a perfect blend of classic formal portraits and documentary style photography.
Whether you are planning a formal event for 500 guests or an intimate affair for 15, we have levels of coverage to fit your needs. We’ll work to give you the very best of coverage, in both color and black & white images.
Every Level of coverage includes:
•Unlimited locations the day of the wedding
•Coverage in black & white and color
•The release of negatives/digital files
* We offer location engagement sessions and albums, as well as other bonus elements. We can be flexible with collections if you are looking for another way to display your portraits. Please let us know your ideas.

The Process
- Step 1
Choose a collection for your wedding day coverage. A non-refundable retainer of $900, applied to your balance, and the signed contract will secure your date. - Step 2
Schedule your engagement session, usually 6-12 months before the wedding. Plan to send Save The Dates out about 6 months before the wedding. Guest books, or reception books, can be done at any time, up to 1 month before the wedding. - Step 3
Schedule your pre-wedding consultation, usually 2 weeks before the wedding to finalize details. - Step 4
After the wedding, your images will be available for viewing within 3-4 weeks. Once we start your album process, please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery of your finished album.
Albums & Wall Portraits
Being able to showcase your wedding portraits is the whole reason you are looking for a photographer!
Creating a fabulous album with all of your favorite images is important to us. We want you to have a finished album that you can show off to your friends. Your wedding images will be fun and romantic, and every time you look at them, you will remember moments from the day that flew by way too fast. This album is what we have in mind the whole time we are photographing your wedding. And this album is what you will cherish long after the wedding.
We offer several styles of albums in various sizes. We want you to choose the album that reflects your style and vision for your wedding.
Of course, we have other fun ways to display your favorite images too. A canvas wall collection would look classic and contemporary on any wall.

What Every Collection Includes:
Preplanning consulation
Discussing the wedding day details in advance is key to having the day run smoothly. When we cover all those details, some of which you haven’t even thought of yet, you know we will be prepared for all of your special moments, from the beginning to the end of your wedding day.
Four Collections, Many Possibilities.
Our collections range from $1800 to $4700, with clients choosing just the right amount of coverage for their wedding. Collections may be personalized to better fit your needs and budget.
Unlimited images within your wedding coverage time frame.
We never skimp on your wedding day coverage. As each wedding is unique, we never know what or when key events will unfold. We want the flexibility to capture every moment to it’s fullest, so we never put images limits on your day.
Full coverage with full style
We love variety, so we include unlimted locations on your wedding day. We enjoy making stops at fun spots between the ceremony and reception. We also make sure to capture posed images and the action when it happens.
Complimentary Digital Wedding Files
All collections include the Digital Wedding Files, along with a Personal Use Release. This allows you make additional copies of prints for yourself, as well as family and friends.

Session Fees
Single sessions are for one child or one adult. Family sessions are for two to seven people, additional people are $10 per person. Speciality sessions and session packages are available.
Regular Sessions
Single $100, Family $150
Session fees are due prior the the session. Sessions are available in your home and on location.
Session fee does not include digital images, as we pride ourselves on creating beautiful works of art, and make a considerable effort to go above and beyond your expectations for wall and gift portraits, albums and more. A portrait planning consultation is encouraged for all sessions. At this meeting, we will discuss session ideas, clothing options, and ways for you to display your portraits. We will also cover our studio approach. While a convenient phone consultation may be scheduled, an in-person meeting is an option as well.
Payment, Pick Up and Delivery
Payment is collected at the time you place your order. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
