Community Fundraising
Appleby Photography is pleased to have been a part of the Madison Children’s Museum fundraising event. The American Girl Fashion Show in July was a great success. This was an event geared towards girls, aged 5-12, who were interested in seeing how fashion changed over the years, as portrayed through American Girl historical books and dolls. We loved being a part of the event, including photographing over 4 days. The historical fashions were fabulous, and all of the girls who brought their American Girl dolls were adorable!
We were able to give an in-kind donation of $2400, raised over $300 at the event, and we added to that today with $700 from the proceeds of event portrait sales! We are proud to be able to support our local community and to have helped make their beautiful new facility a reality.
